Whether it’s spring, summer, winter or fall a consistent daily hair care routine for your hair type is always a must! Your hair is an extension of you and your hair care routine should be specific to your hair type. Is your hair kinky, nappy, straight, wavy, curly or coily? Ancient Blends has the right hair routine for you. Here's my recommendation: Step 1: Drink 1 cup of unsweetened Ancient Blends Herbal Hair Tea Blend daily (recommended unsweetened and at bedtime) to create the proper internal atmospheric balance. This tasty blend of burdock, nettle, rosemary, green tea and more, aids with your circulation as each sip nourishes and revitalizes your bloodstream. It replenishes all of the essential vitamins and minerals needed to stimulate and strengthen your hair from the inside out. A healthy body does grow healthy hair and maintains healthy skin. Step 2: Wash your hair with Ancient Blends Lemon-Mint Shampoo for a deep, stimulating hair and scalp cleanse. This rich latering, ph balanced shampoo (is also a body wash) is actually helpful against dandruff and revitalizing for scalp and skin without the usual dry after effects of commercial shampoos. Many of my customers and clients express how they love the non-tangling-non drying results from using this product! Be careful not to use your finger nails too aggressively while shampooing your scalp, as this may cause irreparable scalp damage and hair loss. Step 3: Rinse hair and scalp throughly with warm water to remove all soap residue. Remaining shampoo on the scalp causes itching and dryness which may be confused with dandruff or dry scalp. Next, Steep Ancient Blends Herbal Hair Tea Blend (also comes ready made also if requested) then rinse and saturate hair with this tea as a final leave-in, deep treatment. This continues to feed your hair and scalp well into your next wash. Step 4: Slightly warm Ancient Blends Sacred Hair and Scalp Blessing- Everything Oil (place bottle in a bowl of very warm water) till just above body temperature. Squeeze several drops of warmed oil onto wet or dry scalp, then throughly massage for 5 minutes or so using both hands. Gently apply oily hands to the rest of your hair. This is liquid food, nourishment for the root ball of your hair. Adding the necessary vitamins and minerals needed. Feel free to luxuriate your body, beards, everything with this oil also. Step 5: Lightly mist the length of your hair with Ancient Blends Renaturation/Moisturizing Hair Mist. This will assist with rehydrating, nourishing, detangling and moisturizing your hair. This light moisturizing, misting oil may be used daily if needed and is also recommended for use as a light body oil. No worries about build-up. Step 6. Use Ancient Blends Plant-based Hair Gel for a non-alcohol based, moisturizing, nourishing, edge controling, styling tool. This product has been my number one seller for over a decade! Repeat this routine whenever you wash your hair. Also, whenever you need to rejuvenate dry hair, scalp and skin. Simply mist a few pumps of the moisturizing hair mist onto your hair or body day or night. You may notice positive changes also by storing your ready-made Ancient Blends Herbal Hair Tea Rinse in the refrigerator in a spray bottle for a quick deep conditioning treatment or to retwist locs and two stranded twists. Allow any new products you purchase at least a six months trail use and a proper dietary regimen geared towards the well being of your hair FIRST before deciding that the product does not work.
